You’ll focus first on the demand-side of our marketplace, building loops across thousands of users. Over time, as the growth machine scales, you’ll extend your scope to installers and industry innovators (finance, hardware, EMS), owning growth across the full marketplace.This is a hands-on role at first – you’ll run experiments directly with sales, product, and design – but within 12–18 months you’ll hire and lead a team, owning growth globally.What you will doDesign & run weekly growth sprints: launch and measure experiments that directly impact usersExpand the value space : make working with a local boutique artisan the default choice for every userIncrease distribution power: grow the % of new installs through projetsolaire.com channelsBoost sales velocity: expand the % of users that get technical visits to >50% of users in the first weeks post launchSeed inbound B2B growth: design playbooks that activate X installers per monthProfileThis role is for someone who has personally shipped high-impact growth experiments at scale and wants to design the growth engine of a global cultural marketplace.You might come from marketplaces, consumer apps, social, or cleantech.
