This is your chance to shape the future of a fast-growing consumer brand.Start: ImmediatelyType: InternshipLocation: BerlinTasksYou will work directly with our Head of Venture Development in Berlin on further scaling Gauder and positioning the company as a leading brand in the home improvement and DIY space.Work closely with the Venture Development Team on new product launches, market entries, and go-to-market initiativesSupport the analysis of sales performance and help identify growth opportunities across marketplaces and retail channelsHelp prepare reports, forecasts, and business cases for strategic decisionsGain insights into how to scale a business and contribute to projects that drive real impactRequirementsFirst experience in business development, consulting, e-commerce, or a high-growth startupBachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business-related field of study.Strong analytical skills – you’re fluent in Excel/Sheets and confident working with numbersEntrepreneurial mindset – you take initiative, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirtyExcellent communication skills in English (min.
