You will manage the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleague into Netlight. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, project management, internal and external employer branding, talent management, equality work and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight.
