We’re the team behind the web-to-app funnels that turn curiosity into conversions - using smart onboarding, dynamic paywalls, and fast A/B testing at scale.Role Description:We’re looking for a full-time remote Growth Manager to help us spot new growth opportunities, run smart sales experiments, manage cross-team projects, and dig into data to find what really moves the needle.What you’ll do:• Own the funnel strategy for top-performing subscription apps• Launch and optimize onboarding experiments with real user impact• Collaborate with creatives, performance teams, and founders directly• Turn insights into scalable growth playbooksYou're a great fit if you have:• Experience in the mobile or web2app industry is a must-have.• Background in mobile marketing and growth experimentation• English level B2 or higher — comfortable communicating with international teams• Hands-on experience running A/B tests to improve conversion, LTV, and optimize ROAS• A growth mindset — hungry to learn, proactive, and great with people• Understanding of user acquisition mechanics and creative production workflows📩 Send your profile to md@runwayer.com if this sounds like you.
