Our tool generates tailored résumés, cover letters, and streamlines the job application process so users can apply confidently and efficiently.We are preparing to launch our Early Paid Beta and are offering first users access for $1.99.Now we’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help us bring in our first group of real paying users and learn which acquisition channels perform best.Role OverviewYou will lead early-stage user acquisition, focusing on finding and converting job-seekers into $1.99 paid beta testers. This role is about experimentation, rapid testing, and data-driven iteration.ResponsibilitiesIdentify where active job-seekers spend time online (TikTok, Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, niche job groups, etc.)Run small-budget, high-learning campaign experimentsDrive paid sign-ups and optimize our conversion funnelTest messaging, landing page copy, and onboarding flowsReport weekly results and insightsQualificationsExperience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing / User Acquisition, ideally with consumer SaaS or appsComfortable testing fast and working with small initial budgetsStrong understanding of CAC, conversion metrics, and funnel optimizationCreative thinker who can find niche communities and reach them effectivelyNice to HaveExperience marketing job search, HR tech, or career platformsFamiliarity with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and community outreach tacticsWhat Success Looks Like (Project Goal)Acquire 300 - 400 paid beta users at or near a reasonable CACIdentify the 1–3 channels with the best conversion performanceDeliver clear, actionable learning for scaling user acquisition
