🎯 Purpose of the RoleWe didn’t just build another hotel system — we rethought how it should work for the future of experience-driven hospitality. Our customers say “We love Moder because if you can read, you can use it”.As Moder’s Growth Marketer, you’ll be the hands-on engine behind our lead generation machine. You’ll run paid and organic campaigns, create sharp content, and make sure every marketing euro turns into high-quality demos and deals.This is a doer’s role — you’ll plan, build, test, and optimize campaigns yourself, working closely with our CGO and Head of Sales. You’ll also keep our brand looking and sounding like Moder: human, bold, and full of energy.⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute Moder’s growth marketing activities across channels — from Google Ads and LinkedIn to email and the website.Drive inbound leads across the Nordics (and soon the UK) through paid, organic, and outbound campaigns.Manage landing pages, copy, visuals, and A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates.Track and optimize metrics such as cost per lead, demo bookings, and lead quality.Write and publish content that supports both brand and sales — posts, case studies, newsletters, and outbound messages.Collaborate tightly with the sales team to ensure pipeline quality and smooth lead handover.Experiment, learn fast, and share what works with the team.🚀 What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)You consistently deliver qualified leads every month, within budget.Marketing-driven demo bookings grow steadily month over month.You’ve built a data-driven rhythm for campaign testing and reporting.Moder’s online presence feels sharper and more alive — clear voice, modern look, and steady visibility in the right markets.🧩 Who You AreMust-havesHands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns (SaaS or B2B preferred).Strong skills with tools like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms.Content creation and storytelling, strong writing skills in both FInnish and EnglishYou’re curious, analytical, and love experimenting with A/B tests and new channels.You get energy from doing — not just planning.Fluent in Finnish & English (Nordic languages are a plus).Nice-to-havesExperience in hospitality or tech marketing.Copywriting and design basics (you can make something look good fast).Worked in a startup or scale-up environment before.💛 What We OfferA front-row seat in one of the fastest-growing hospitality tech companies in the Nordics.A chance to build and scale modern marketing operations from the ground up.Tight collaboration with sales and leadership — your impact is visible every week.Flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive team that values creativity and speed.A growing scaleup with new opportunities popping up all the time.🧭 Recruitment ProcessDecision made by Founders & CGO.1–2 interview rounds + a short marketing assignment.Written offer sent via Moder’s recruitment system.Transparent salary range always shared upfront.Reports to: CEOLocation: Hybrid – Helsinki or remote (Finland)Salary range: 3 000 – 5 000 € + bonus for victories + share options + benefitsReady to embark on the adventure of a lifetime?
