Python and SQL mandatory and this is a Marketing Analytics role Job Purpose:Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop a thorough understanding of the products, users, and acquisition channelsPrincipal Accountabilities:Marketing AnalyticsHelp solve 3 three problems of Growth Marketing- Whom to target (Propensity), How to target (Channel) and when (Time) to target for optimizing the CAC for the businessDevelop the channel mix & testing strategy for each campaign by collaborating with internal teamsRun exploratory analysis to uncover new areas of opportunity, generate hypotheses, and quickly assess the potential upside of a given opportunityWork with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools and improve our underlying data infrastructureAnalyze, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire companyMonitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findingsEffectively present and communicate analysis to the company to drive business decisionsQualificationsB.Tech from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute with 2-4 years of experienceWork Experience/Skills2-4 years of relevant proven experience from a numbers-driven and analytical marketing environments - perhaps in an online consumer business or a Bank/NBFCStrong data handling, interpretive and problem-solving skills with the ability to process large volume of transaction level data and efficiently derive actionable results.Skills: R/Python, SQL , Tableau, Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables
