You’ll be the driving force behind CandorIQ’s social media presence, content creation, and digital storytelling—building and scaling our brand voice across LinkedIn, web, email, and events.This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content—you have ideas for posts in your Notes app, an eye for what performs, and the initiative to turn strategy into execution. You’ll create content that engages HR, Finance, and startup audiences while finding new, inventive ways to tell CandorIQ’s story.But this isn’t just a “social media job.” You’ll get hands-on experience in campaigns, community building, event marketing, SEO, and brand strategy, learning directly from the Head of Marketing and working alongside the CEO, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. If you’re curious, hardworking, and ready to learn how great startups scale their marketing from the ground up—this is your opportunity.You’ll thrive here if you’re equal parts storyteller and strategist—someone who can turn insights, data, and product details into content people actually want to read and share.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow CandorIQ’s social presence, developing creative campaigns and content strategies that engage HR, Finance, and SMB audiences.Plan and support community and event marketing, from webinars and conferences to hosted dinners and partner activations.Contribute to digital marketing initiatives including paid, SEO, email, and website updates to support pipeline and brand growth.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to source stories, highlight customers, and create authentic marketing content.Help develop and maintain brand voice across channels, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.Track performance and analyze results, identifying opportunities for improvement and iteration.Experiment with new tools and ideas—especially AI-powered workflows—to improve efficiency, scale content, and test creative approaches.Jump in wherever needed: from drafting a campaign brief to editing a landing page—no task too small, no idea too big.Requirements1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a startup environment (SaaS/B2B preferred).Exceptional writing and communication skills—you know how to adapt your tone for social posts, blogs, and email.Deep understanding of social media and content trends, especially LinkedIn.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and initiative is valued.Ability to translate technical products and ideas into clear, engaging content.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to see projects through from ideation to completion and analysis.Adopt an "AI-first mindset" and leverage AI tools daily to streamline workflows, accelerate content creation, and find smarter ways to scale social media efforts.Eager to learn, experiment, and take ownership of projects big and small.
