This role combines creative storytelling with analytical growth thinking - ideal for someone who can move between strategy and execution fluidly.Team: MarketingReports to: COOLocation: Grand Rapids, MITravel: Quarterly travel requiredCore ResponsibilitiesGo-to-Market Strategy & CampaignsDevelop and execute WedgeHR’s GTM and demand generation strategy focused on increasing market awareness and generating MQLsIdentify and prioritize high-impact channels (organic, paid, partner, and social) for testing and scalingPartner with internal stakeholders to align messaging, ICPs, and lead quality.
