As a Growth Marketing Manager, your mission is to activate users and boost engagement in the Pampers Loyalty Program.This high-impact role gives you end-to-end ownership of key campaigns—from spotting opportunities in data to planning A/B tests and launching CRM journeys across email, push, and in-app. You'll combine strategic growth ownership with hands-on execution, and work in close collaboration with global stakeholders.What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Manager?You will collaborate closely with our data analyst, campaign manager, and creative team to move users through the app’s onboarding and engagement journey using a range of tools including email marketing, push notifications, in-app messages, and more.Opportunity Discovery through Data: Lead the identification of growth opportunities by exploring user behavior data. Collaborate closely with the data analyst while also using self-serve tools like Mixpanel and Excel to run light-touch data investigations independently. Insight Consolidation from Research: Gather and synthesize insights from multiple sources - including app store ratings & reviews, user interviews, and other qualitative/quantitative research - to identify actionable opportunities for activation and engagement. Objective & KPI Planning: Set quarterly team targets and activation objectives. Collaborate with the data analyst to build dashboards and track performance on a regular basis. Experimentation & Testing Roadmap: Translate insights and data into a backlog of hypotheses and test campaigns. Define the activation roadmap, plan A/B tests, and lead execution across relevant touchpoints. Cross-Team Collaboration for Campaign Delivery: Work with copywriters, designers, and campaign managers to ensure that creative assets and messaging campaigns are delivered with clarity, quality, and performance intent. Success in this role comes from your ability to shape direction and align diverse stakeholders through influence, not authority.Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Represent the Activation Growth Team in key forums. Own the reporting cycle and ensure regular alignment with internal and external stakeholders, including P&G teams and senior leadership. Championing AI Adoption: Drive the integration of AI into our growth hacking processes. You’ll be expected to bring an AI-first mindset, experimenting with tools to enhance campaign performance, optimize workflows, and build team AI literacy. What You’ll need to succeed in this role?We’re looking for someone who takes ownership with confidence, drives performance independently, and thrives in cross-functional, global teams. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, communicate with clarity and influence, and stay curious in the ever-evolving world of AI, martech, and digital growth. A user-first mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous learning are key to success in this role.Experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing, ideally in mobile or B2C Confidence in data tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Excel) and campaign testing Familiarity with growth hacking and agile ways of working Demonstrated ability to work closely with copy/design teams Experience in A/B testing creative content, messaging, or user flows with measurable outcomes.
