Join us, and you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on a truly global platform and drive exponential business growth.Job Description:Own the overall planning, execution, and continuous optimization of the WorldFirst Global Referral Program for international business. Build and enhance an efficient referral-driven growth engine (“member-get-member”), leverage data-driven experimentation, iteration, and scalable growth channels, and be accountable for achieving growth targets.Design user referral incentive mechanisms, including incentive structure and user experience journey; collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver program launch; promote and communicate the program; monitor data and drive continuous iteration to improve referral and conversion rates.Lead affiliate marketing: identify, develop, and manage channel partnerships, signing high-quality affiliates and driving customer acquisition growth through CPS (cost-per-sale) models.Track and analyze key metrics such as referral conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI, and formulate optimization plans.Promote effective cross-team collaboration: maintain close cooperation with marketing teams in multiple regions globally, and work closely with product, design, tech, data analytics, and branding teams to ensure growth projects align with overall marketing strategy.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Economics, or related fields.Minimum 3 years’ experience in referral marketing, user growth, or performance marketing; global market or fintech industry background is a plus.In-depth understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies and familiarity with market/user behavior differences across countries.Proficiency in English as a working language; strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.Data-driven mindset, results-oriented, strong execution, and innovative thinking.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in marketing within cross-border payments, cross-border e-commerce, or international trade.Multi-market, multilingual work or project management experience.Experience in overseas digital advertising.
