Job DescriptionDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing campaignsStrategize and execute growth plans to accelerate Mitra’s business performanceAnalyze marketing data and campaign results to optimize strategies and maximize ROIUtilize creative thinking to develop innovative campaign concepts that resonate with target audiencesIdentify opportunities for marketing product improvements and drive implementationMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate closely with other stakeholders, including Branding team (Social Media, Communications, Graphic Design) and Event & Community team to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaign deliveryOversee Online Marketing / Paid Ads initiatives to drive growth for Mitra app adoptionRequirementsProven experience in growth marketing for at least 3+ yearsStrong marketing strategy, analytical, and creative skillsFluent in English and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plansExperienced in managing a team is a plusStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other stakeholdersDeep understanding of online marketing channels and toolsFamiliarity with Mitra’s business ecosystem or similar financial services is a plus
