For more information, visit www.kyriba.com.About The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to develop, execute and optimize marketing activities that build sales pipeline and bookings for our Italian market. Tactics could include digital campaigns, sponsorships, content creation, social media, digital and in-person events, email marketing and more. You will collaborate closely with the Italian sales teams to develop and execute campaigns supporting sales goals.Key TasksPlan and manage marketing campaigns in the Italian marketUse the full marketing mix (events, webinars, content, emails, ABM, etc.) to build awareness and generate leadsCollaborate globally to develop integrated strategies and tacticsManage field and regional events, including logistics and speaker coordinationOversee multiple projects and campaigns to meet deadlinesCommunicate plans and details across teams to ensure alignmentUse KPIs and analytics to target and optimize campaignsStay updated on industry trends to refine messagingOptimize activities to maximize ROI and drive sales-qualified opportunitiesFocus on Italy, but also collaborate with peers in other regions as neededWhat We're Looking For2-3 years of marketing experience; event and demand generation experience preferredPreference for someone in the Milan vicinityFluency in Italian (native) and an excellent standard of spoken and written EnglishAbility to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time and re-prioritize according to changing demandsProven track record of delivering marketing campaigns and in-person events within a B2B organization (experience in marketing SaaS solutions strongly preferred)Experience in Account Based MarketingFamiliarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and Marketing Automation Systems (Pardot preferred)
