What will you do?You’ll be the driving force behind our growth engine - making sure our marketing and sales systems run smoothly, data stays clean, and campaigns deliver real impact. From optimizing workflows to uncovering insights and powering demand generation, you’ll help turn strategy into measurable growth.Responsibilities:Marketing OperationsOwn the daily administration of Marketo, SFDC, and Marketing Hub.Ensure SDR workflows, lead routing, scoring, and automation are optimized and functional.Maintain high standards of data hygiene and integrity across all records.Train team members on best practices and ensure system adoption.Tracking & ReportingDevelop and maintain dashboards and regular reports covering:Inbound marketing performance (website, content, SEO, paid).Outbound SDR efforts (email, sequences, calls).Pipeline velocity and funnel conversion metrics.Present insights to the VP Growth, CMO, and Sales/Marketing leaders with actionable recommendations.Lead Generation & Demand ActivitiesSupport and execute demand generation initiatives, including:Paid campaigns, webinars, partnerships, email marketing, and gated content.SDR campaign support (audience segmentation, messaging insights).Monitor lead sources, campaign attribution, and funnel progression.SDR & Growth EnablementAct as a liaison between SDRs and Marketing to align messaging and targeting.Provide SDRs with enriched lead data, personas, and prioritization.Track SDR performance and identify coaching opportunities.Requirements:+4 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Demand Gen.Deep hands-on experience with Marketo and SFDC - MUSTStrong analytical skills with experience in building reports and dashboards.Familiarity with SDR workflows and tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Clay).Proven experience supporting both marketing and sales organizations.Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience with social media tools is a plus.Temporary position for a period of 10 months
