The Growth Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap, utilizing growth hacking techniques, implementing design thinking strategies, and managing overall product development. The role will also involve spearheading growth marketing efforts to drive user acquisition and retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success, and continuously assessing product performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.QualificationsExperience in Product Road Mapping and Product ManagementProficiency in Growth Hacking and Growth Marketing techniquesStrong skills in Design Thinking and innovative problem-solvingExcellent analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesEffective communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in social networking or community-building platforms is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related fieldSkills: Experience with Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools.Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma, Framer).Background in ASO, SEO, or digital product marketing.Technical familiarity (mobile dev, APIs, or no-code tools) is a plus.Tasks: Track and analyze key app metrics (DAU, MAU, retention, churn, LTV, CAC, etc.)Build and maintain dashboards using Firebase, Mixpanel, or AmplitudeIdentify drop-off points in onboarding, messaging, and subscription flowsSegment users by behavior (active, dormant, premium, churned) and extract insightsMonitor in-app feature adoption and conversion ratesAnalyze funnel performance for acquisition, activation, retention, and referralAudit the entire user journey (from app store visit → onboarding → engagement)Identify friction points and propose UX/UI improvementsWork with design to create new flows, interactions, and user statesConduct A/B testing for new layouts, copy, and feature placementsGather and interpret qualitative feedback (reviews, community, NPS)Collaborate with developers to implement and monitor UX changesDesign and run growth experiments focused on engagement and monetizationImplement referral loops, gamification mechanics, and in-app eventsOptimize onboarding flow to improve activation and subscription conversionTrack and optimize the user funnel for each growth channel (organic, paid, referral)Measure impact of experiments and double down on successful strategiesImprove app listing visuals, descriptions, and conversion copyConduct keyword research and monitor ranking performanceRun A/B tests on icons, screenshots, and preview videosAnalyze conversion rate from impressions → installs → activationWork with design, marketing, and tech to align on growth roadmap prioritiesTranslate user analytics into actionable tasks for UX/design/dev teamsCollaborate with the marketing team on campaigns based on user insightsAlign product goals with marketing KPIs (CPI, conversion, retention)Prepare weekly growth reports and insights for leadershipBenchmark competitors’ features and retention mechanicsStay updated on UX, ASO, and growth best practicesExplore integrations (AI chat, push notifications, gamified features, etc.)Ideate new engagement concepts for couples and singles in the app
