Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingDeveloping and implementing a B2B SEO strategy aligned with business goalsConducting keyword research to identify high-impact search terms for B2BImplementing on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, headers, and internal linkingConducting technical SEO audits and resolving issues affecting crawlability and indexabilityDeveloping SEO-friendly content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audienceExecuting a link-building plan to gain high-quality backlinksReporting on SEO metrics and executing actionable improvementsMonitoring and analysing competitor SEO strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trendsKeeping abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practicesCollaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure SEO efforts are integrated with overall business goalsUsing SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush for research, audits, and performance trackingWhat You'll Need2+ years of experience in a dedicated SEO role focused on B2BA solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factorsA track record of delivering SEO strategies that drive measurable resultsExcellent technical SEO skills, including website architecture, crawlability, indexability, and site speed optimisationExpertise in keyword research and B2B search term identificationAn understanding of content marketing principles and how SEO integrates with content strategyExperience with various SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsEffective communication and collaboration skillsA proactive and results-oriented approach, combined with an entrepreneurial, self-starting mindsetNice to haveA proven track record in driving organic acquisition for B2BA bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldExperience in fintech or banking with a focus on B2BBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
