Your mission will be to identify, suggest, and contribute to executing strategic initiatives that enhance the player experience, engagement, and retention. As a Growth Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our online casino offering.Your main responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market and customer data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement impactful strategies. You will work closely with product, marketing, analytics, and commercial teams to ensure that our online casino offering remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with customer needs.You will thrive in this position if you have: Strong data and analytics skills, with the ability to interpret user behavior, pricing, and product performance. Proficiency with analytics and business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, IBM Analytics, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), plus solid working knowledge of SQL. Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, actionable manner.Experience or strong interest in online casino games and the gaming industry. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners both in English and preferably Finnish.Considered An AdvantageAt least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data & Analytics, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a growth, analytics, or online casino-related role.Strategic thinking and business acumen and a proactive attitude and willingness to experiment with new growth initiatives.
