We are looking for a high-energy Growth Associate to join our HQ in Aarhus.This is a unique hybrid role for someone who loves the "hunt." You will sit at the intersection of our Commercial and People teams, driving growth on two fronts: Revenue and Talent.This is not an HR role. This is not a Customer Support role. This is a Growth role.🛠 The Role (The "Switch Hitter")You will toggle between two modes depending on business needs:1. The Talent Hunter (Recruitment)When we need to hire critical roles in Europe (Product Managers, Solution Architects, IT Consultants), you take charge.You don't wait for applicants. You headhunt the best talent in the Nordics.You screen inbound candidates and pitch the WasteHero vision.2. The Market Hunter (Commercial / SDR)When hiring is stable, you pivot to generating business opportunities.You identify potential B2B clients, map out decision-makers, and initiate contact.You book qualified meetings for our Sales Directors.🎯 Who You AreThe Profile: You likely come from a Recruitment Agency (360 Consultant) or a high-growth SaaS startup where you wore multiple hats.The Skills: You are a master of LinkedIn (Sales Navigator & Recruiter). You are not afraid of the phone.
