Performance-Driven: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. QualificationsIdeally 3+ years of SDR experience at a venture-funded startup. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the B2B SaaS space. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical decision-makers.
Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, with a data-driven mindset. High level of self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
