com, Trello) to manage workstreamsDemonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage timelines, and communicate with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail, written communication, and follow-throughExperience with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and OutlookComfortable working full-time on Mountain Standard Time (MST) scheduleExperience working with external vendors, agencies, or partners Nice to HaveExperience working at or coordinating with marketing agenciesFamiliarity with ClickUp automations or other process automation toolsIntermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets (e. g. , filters, pivot tables, basic formulas)
