About The RoleWe are seeking a Controller to lead the company’s accounting and financial operations, with a strong focus on financial reporting, tax compliance, and maintaining robust financial controls. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Lead the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and account controls. Prepare and review tax filings in Israel and abroad (VAT, income tax, GST, Sales Tax). Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors, as well as collaborate closely with internal teams. Requirements: CPA license with post-qualification experience (Big 4 background – MUST)2–4 years of experience as a Controller, in a global high-tech SAAS company. Proven track record in preparing US GAAP financial statements. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite – strong advantage). High-level English – verbal and writtenStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. . Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams across different time zones.
