Senior Trader

On behalf of our Client, a well-established Investment firm (CySEC), GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Trader Russian Speaker to be based in Limassol. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Trader Russian Speaker role to be based in Limassol (working hours morning and afternoon shifts until 11pm). MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESExecution of clients’ orders in multiple asset classes:

DerivativesListed optionsEquities (US and EU shares, ETFs)Fixed incomeFXMoney market instrumentsRepoDay-to-day monitoring of trading platforms and clients’ exposures/accountsLiaising with other relevant departments, particularly Middle and Back-Office, regarding pre-trade and post-trade activities and obligationsProviding assistance and necessary guidance where neededApplying operational procedures and ensuring compliance with all internal processes and controlsResponding to clients’ queries and ad hoc requestsPreparing relevant internal and external reports as requested by senior managementDeveloping and improving the department’s trading infrastructure and relationships with counterparties and brokersEnhancing internal procedures and processesCANDIDATE PROFILEUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role at a financial institutionCySEC Certificate (Advanced) is requiredProficient in using trading platforms such as CQG and BloombergKnowledge of additional trading platforms is considered a plusFluent in English and Russian (both verbal and written)Willingness to travel abroad when neededWorking hours morning and afternoon shifts (no night shifts)COMPANY BENEFITSCompetitive salary package21 days of annual leaveCorporate outingsPrivate medical insurance for all family membersFree parkingContribution to employees' training and developmentFree drinks, fruits, and vegetables in the officeVisa support
