Our mission is to make advanced healthcare technology accessible worldwide. We are now seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of our product platform vision and roadmap. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of both new and existing product development and is eager to shape the evolution of next-generation diagnostic tools.

In this role, success comes from a hands-on mindset and a proactive approach, with a genuine eagerness to contribute and shape solutions for our customers. Role: Identify customer needs and define product requirements accordingly. Define and prioritize product features and manage the requirements backlog. Create and maintain the roadmap for the product platform. Coordinate product platform roadmap implementation with the project managers. Work in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, and regulatory teams. Guide the validation of product features, including defining the validation plan, overseeing testing, and ensuring proper documentation of results. Create and maintain user manuals for the product.
Support product commercialization by working with marketing and sales to define go-to-market strategies and by contributing to launch materials, sales training resources, and customer engagement content. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e. g. , biology, pathology, engineering, or related discipline). Preferably five years of experience as a Product Manager in a device or HW/SW system environment. Experience in laboratory business, biology or pathology is considered to be beneficial. Proven track record of guiding product platform development from concept to successful market launch.
Genuine interest in technology and customers, with eagerness to seek information and learn from others. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Finnish preferred.
