We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help design, maintain, and optimize our growing cloud infrastructure and web application environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, performance, and operational excellence in modern cloud platforms. Weekends off! Mon to Thu from 8: 00 am to 5: 30 pm and Fri getting out at 4: 30 pm ( HN time)!Essential Skills:
Proven experience in Linux system administration and comfort with the command lineHands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWSStrong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS)Experience supporting or administering web applications, especially with J2EE technologiesProficiency in scripting and automation using Python and BashFamiliarity with MySQL, and exposure to other database systems like MS SQL, Postgres, or RDSUnderstanding of network and web application monitoring tools (e. g.
, Datadog)Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as TerraformContainerization experience with Docker (bonus for Kubernetes)Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments for performance and reliabilityJob functionsContribute to the design, development, and support of client Software's cloud platformUse real time monitoring tools to provide visibility into site healthGain experience in application reliability practices, problem solving, and root cause analysis to quickly identify site issues and implement solutionsClearly communicate technical solutions to internal and external customersDevelop, analyze, and maintain tools that support software product releasesOptimize tools and processes through automationJoin a collaborative engineering team focused on building resilient systems that scale.
