Trabajar en finanzas en Kuehne+Nagel es mucho más de lo que imaginas.‎The Payment Schedule Specialist plays a key role in overseeing and optimizing the organization’s outgoing payment schedules to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial transactions. This role is responsible for aligning all payment activities, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and delivering a seamless and positive experience for clients.How you create impactDevelop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for all outgoing payments, ensuring timely disbursement to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.Collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable team to guarantee that all invoices are processed and paid in alignment with the established schedule.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduled and completed payments, making adjustments to the schedule as necessary.Ensure all payment activities adhere to internal company policies and comply with applicable financial regulations.Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to payments in a timely and efficient manner.What we would like you to bring1–2 years of experience in Finance, preferably with exposure to Canadian and U.S. marketsProven experience in payment scheduling and financial transaction coordinationIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication across international teams (C1)What's in it for youJoin Our Finance Team and Make an Impact Beyond NumbersAre you detail-oriented, fluent in English, and passionate about financial operations?
