Pinnacle Consultancy Group is looking for GS & Visa officerJob Description / ResponsibilityApplication & GS PhaseManage Admissions process — from offer issuance to enrolmentConduct financial assessments & verification to evaluate Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) and Genuine Student (GS) criteria.Conduct and prepare students for success through mock interviews & provide constructive detailed feedback.Review and verify financial and compliance documents in line with institutional and DHA requirements.Advise students and partners on documentation and compliance requirements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring all submissions on timely manner.Identify and escalate compliance risks or anomalies during the application process.Play a proactive role in improving the integrity and efficiency of the admissions workflow.Visa PhasePrepare and submit visa applications through Immi Account.Review (Statements of Purpose) SOPs and supporting documentation.Monitor visa application statuses and keep students updated promptly.Stay informed about the latest DHA regulations, institutional policies, and compliance requirements.Liaise with education partners and universities to provide guidance and ensure smooth visa processing. Office Hour: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM| 6 days a weekEducational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of work experience as GS & visa officerExperience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,Immigration/Visa ProcessingAdditional RequirementsStrong understanding of Australian student visa processes (essential).Proven experience in GS/GTE assessments, financial evaluation, and compliance documentation.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Immi Account, and institutional portals.Experience using CRM or admissions platforms preferred.A student-first mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.Job LocationDhaka
