Who You'll Be Working With?You'll be a key part of our compact and collaborative development team. While our current team leans heavily on backend expertise, your frontend skills will be pivotal in balancing our capabilities and delivering seamless end-to-end solutions.

You'll work closely with various team members, acting as the go-to expert for UI development and contributing to a truly interdisciplinary environment. We're a small, but growing tech team, where everyone's contribution still has a huge impact. ✅ Key ResponsibilitiesTake the lead on enhancing and refining the UI across our applications, making complex data management and measurement processes (like our hodoscope administration module) as intuitive and user-friendly as possible. Design and implement exciting new features based on valuable feedback from both our internal team and, crucially, our customers. Unify multiple UI apps into a single, cohesive, scalable frontend.

Work closely with the backend team to ensure tight integration between systems. Proactively identify product gaps, analyze workflows, and recommend intuitive UI solutions. Ensure high-quality UX through end-to-end testing, debugging, and performance optimization. ✅ What Are We Looking For?Nobody is perfect, and we don't expect you to be one. You're likely to succeed if you meet ~80% of the list below: Mid to Senior level Developer: You've got solid experience, ideally having worked on more than one significant project through to completion. Strong proficiency in React (our most important technology!) and TypeScript. This is a FE-focused role (80: 20).

Familiarity with 3D graphics is a strong plus, but if it's new to you, a genuine interest and willingness to learn is equally important. We use tools such as Neuroglancer, NiiVue, and Vtk. js. Python experience is highly beneficial, as you'll occasionally assist with backend bugs and integrate frontend work with our Python-based systems. Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI is a plus. Problem Solver & Critical Thinker: You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Curiosity & Initiative:
