This role collaborates across departments to create financial models, forecasts, and variance reports. Working with department leaders, the analyst delivers actionable analysis to drive performance. This role requiures a proactive self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic business partner to company departments and functionsResponsible for delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis to stakeholdersApplying solid financial knowledge to build robust financial modelsLead reporting and analysis including KPIs, financial reports, performance dashboardsDrive process and system improvementsPerform analysis on business results, budget and forecast on monthly, quarterlyPerform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic discussions, decisions, business initiatives, and special projectsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting requiredExperience & Qualifications:
1-3 years in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningData-driven, goal-oriented with strong quantitative decision-making skills requiredAnalytical, strategic thinker with ability to collaborate with various TEG functionsIntermediate to Advanced Proficiency Microsoft ExcelPossess strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detailStrong organizational and communication skills
