This role drives the development and enhancement of financial and operational reports, tools, and systems while providing insights into operational variances. Acting as a strategic partner, the analyst supports cross-functional initiatives and contributes to data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processesDevelop and maintain financial and operational reports, dashboards, and toolsProvide actionable insights into revenue, cost, and expense trendsSupport KPI tracking, performance analysis, and financial reportingCollaborate cross-functionally to drive finance and strategy discussionsEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting; recommend process improvements Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisionsIdentify opportunities to enhance revenue growth and cost efficiencyQualifications: Bachelor’s in finance or accounting5+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and strategic planningStrong Excel skills; experience with ERP or enterprise financial systemsProven track record of delivering results and driving innovationData analytics skills
