ResponsibilitiesEnsure testing and release of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and stability samples meet quality standards. Maintain laboratory equipment and systems, ensuring calibration and validation are up-to-date.
Implement and monitor compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory requirements, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Lead investigations into quality issues, deviations, and out-of-specification results, ensuring timely resolution. Train and develop laboratory staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Manage laboratory budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting operational goals. Qualifications, Experience & SkillsMSc Chemistry or Pharm DMinimum 10 years of working experience in a GMP-regulated laboratory environmentStrong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and laboratory operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience leading teams and managing laboratory operations.
Familiarity with local regulatory standards and pharmacopoeia requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
