Our founders bring decades of experience in global entity management, and our current team is focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients while scaling our reach and impact.Now, we’re ready to build our go-to-market (GTM) muscle and we’re looking for our first revenue hire to make that happen.The Role: Founding GTM RepresentativeThis is not your traditional SDR or BDR role. You’ll be the founding member of our sales team, reporting directly to a Co-Founder, and playing a critical role in shaping how GEOS grows.You’ll take ownership of our top-of-funnel efforts by identifying opportunities, creating demand, and opening doors with prospective clients and channel partners. You’ll combine creativity and technology to build an outbound motion that can scale.What You’ll DoOwn the top of the funnel: Identify, contact, and qualify leads across our target markets.Leverage technology: Use modern GTM and AI tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.Run intro calls and discovery: Represent GEOS with professionalism and curiosity; uncover how we can help companies scale globally.Collaborate directly with leadership: refine messaging, test outreach strategies, and shape our growth playbook.Build the foundation: Help design the systems, processes, and metrics that will define GEOS’s outbound engine.You’ll Thrive Here If You...Have 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a startup environment.Are entrepreneurial by nature and excited to build from zero and take ownership of your outcomes.Are tech-forward, curious about AI and automation, and eager to apply new tools to your workflow.Value autonomy, iteration, and growth.
