You'll be the architect of our entire outbound engine — designing automated workflows, executing multi-channel campaigns, and directly supporting client success.You'll work at the intersection of marketing automation, sales operations, and client delivery. Your work will directly impact pipeline generation, client satisfaction, and firm revenue.This is not a traditional SDR role. This is not a traditional marketing ops role. This is a GTM Engineer a strategic operator who builds systems, runs campaigns, and drives measurable results.---What You'll DoBuild & Optimize the Outbound Machine- Design and deploy automated workflows using n8n, Clay, and no-code automation platforms- Build multi-touch outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn- Integrate best-in-class tools (Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) into a seamless tech stack- Automate lead enrichment, data scraping, list building, and campaign execution- Continuously A/B test messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies to improve performanceExecute High-Impact Campaigns- Own end-to-end campaign execution for client acquisition and investor outreach- Write compelling, personalized copy for cold emails and LinkedIn messages- Source and qualify leads using data enrichment tools and manual research- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and iterate based on data- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with precision and attention to detailSupport Client Success- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review campaign performance and results- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize client outcomes- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and strategy- Document processes, build playbooks, and create systems for scalability---Who You AreRequired Experience & Skills- No-code automation expertise: Fluent in n8n & Clay. You've built complex workflows and integrations.- Outbound sales experience: You've run successful cold email and LinkedIn campaigns. You understand deliverability, personalization, and conversion optimization.- Tool stack mastery: Deep familiarity with tools like Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.- Exceptional copywriting: You can write cold outreach that gets replies. You understand hooks, personalization, and CTAs.- Data-driven mindset: You track everything, analyze performance, and make decisions based on metrics.- Operational excellence: You're organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.Preferred Background- Experience in B2B SaaS, investment banking, venture capital, or professional services- Familiarity with CRMs (Attio, Notion)- Understanding of web scraping, data enrichment, and API integrations- Background in growth ops, revenue ops, or sales engineering- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments---Why This Role is DifferentGround-Floor Impact: You'll be the first GTM hire.
