At Nike, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.As the APLA GTM Excellence Partner Experience Specialist your mission will be to deliver a premium Partner Experience in our territory showrooms and select Partner events.This includes but not limited to: Curating and delivering the seasonal showroom directives to our territory Partner Go To Consumer (PGTC) teams, collecting feedback from the showroom teams seasonally, management of geo samples including the distribution and shipping of GGP samples to showrooms for Seasonal Kick Off (SKO) meetings and the collection and tracking of samples for WHQ Partner events, and supporting sell-through events in partnership with territory teams and vendors.Who We Are Looking ForA self starting, motivated teammate that is able to engage cross functionally with key stakeholders to align and deliver Nike premium Partner experieces in our showrooms and select Partner Events.What You Will Work OnDeliver Seasonal Showroom Directives to support seasonal sell-in meetingsAttend seasonal meetings with Global PGTC team to understand what seasonal showroom directives will be deliveredSet up / attend meetings with cross-functional APLA teams to ensure showroom directives are aligned to APLA key stories and productCurate Global showroom directives and accompanying files to align with APLA key stories and productDeliver seasonal showroom directives during the week 6 GTM&Ops handoff call to territory teamsConnect with territory teams seasonally to gather feedback on the seasonal showroom processProvide feedback to global on the showroom process via the seasonal hindsighting processManagement of Geo SamplesPartner with GTME Operations team in management of GGP samplesLead distribution and shipping of GGP samples to showrooms to support seasonal SKO meetingsIdentify, source, and track samples needed for WHQ Partner EventsSupport event execution through cross functional logistics planningPartner with Merch Ops to source, transport, and track samples for WHQ eventsPartner with GTME Ops team to identify and curate digital content needed for WHQ Partner EventsAttend production meetings for select WHQ Partner eventsProvide onsite support for select WHQ Partner eventsManage vendor relationship for sell-through eventsOrganize cross-funtional meetings for sell through eventsOther ResponsibilitiesAssisting and partnering with GTM team at events with miscellaneous tasks and projects when time allows.Updating the APLA Showroom Book as needed to keep information up to date.Who You Will Work WithYou will be working with APLA Geo cross functional teammates in Merchandising and Operations, Marketing, and Marketplace to elevate our seasonal process in showrooms. In addition you will be engaging with our Global Partner Go To Consumer teammates to ensure key deliverables and timelines are hit that enable our MPU teams to operate efficiently and effectively to give a premium seasonal Partner Experience for sell-in and sell-through.What You BringEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or closely related discipline 2+ years’ experience in related marketing industry Knowledge of athletic industry and trends in the marketplace with an understanding of the competitive marketplace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Pro-active, self-starting mindsetExcellent organizational skills Can operate autonomously Excellent team spirit Technical / Functional SkillsMicrosoft Office SuiteProject Management Tools: AirTable, SmartSheet, MiroCreative Production/Development Tools: Adobe Suite, KeynoteCommunication Tools: Campaign MonitorKeynote/PowerPoint deck building and editing experience preferredSystem knowledge – SAP, CoupaA self-starter mentality and be eager to drive and own end to end initiatives with results driven, forward thinking and proficient information seeking skills in a fast-paced environment.Additional RequirementsPossess strong written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated attention to detail, process excellence, and high-quality project/task delivery.Ability to align cross-cultural and/or cross-functional teams, virtually and in-person.
