Job Description
工作职责:1、负责执行生物安全制度，做好区内生物安全工作，保障猪群健康；2、负责根据实际情况制定猪场生产计划，并组织落实；3、负责对区内人员管理、培训等管理；4、抓好安全工作、组织安全培训，实现安全生产；任职条件:1、有五年以上猪场养殖工作经验，并具有一年以上2000头基础母猪规模及以上现代化规模种猪场区长任职经历；2、具有较强的协调沟通能力和执行力；3、进行生产计划、生产标准、生产流程管理，提升猪场生产成绩；4、为人踏实，责任心强；5、大专及以上学历
