Job Description

Join us in shaping the future of online protection. Guardio protects millions of people from the threats they never see coming, like phishing scams, financial fraud, and the small cracks in online security that cause big problems. As a B2C company, we build smart, intuitive tools that help individuals and small businesses stay safe, effortlessly. We’re a fast-growing team of over 100, united by a shared goal: to make digital life safer for everyone. Our culture moves quickly but stays human, rooted in transparency, feedback, and collaboration.

And yes, we have a good time while we’re at it, with team dinners and traditional karaoke nights. If you’re ready to work on meaningful challenges, grow fast, and help shape what online safety looks like for the next million users, you’re in the right place. So, what's the job?We are looking for a Product Manager to join Guardio's Core Product Team, to own and grow our high-tier plans, namely VIP and family. B2C experience, a technical background, and an analytical approach are a must. You will:

Own and scale the VIP product, Family Tiers and optimize the full user journey, focusing on onboarding, feature adoption and long-term retention. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation & opportunity sizing, to full feature specifications and in-product communication in your domain. Define success KPIs and track the product impact according to them. Define, run and analyze A/B tests in your domain. Work closely with, well, everyone: Product Manager peers, R&D, Security Team, UX & Design, Content, Product Marketing, Customer Support, and Marketing.

Sounds great! Am I the right fit?Well, you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible. 4+ years as a B2C Product Manager. Technical background. No need for specific knowledge of the cyber domain. A team player with the ability to lead peers to build products. Can unify a team around a goal, and drive towards success. Experience in defining KPIs and making data-driven decisions. Fluent in writing and speaking in English. Can define clear guidelines for product messaging. Bonus points for:

Trained in looking at user journeys rather than product features. Experience with VIP or premium user segments. Background in multi-user plans, like Family or Team accounts. Experience tailoring content with advanced content tools. Collaboration with Growth, UA, or Product Marketing teams.
