At Belmond we look for effortlessly engaging characters, whose personality, humour and charm shine through, creating a culture for unscripted and instinctive service and genuine human connection.We are looking for a Guest Correspondant Agent for the next season (spring/summer 2026) to join our Front of the house team.The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.He/She will Report to the Head Concierge.Main duties & responsibilities:Review reservations to make sure they are correctly inserted in the PMS system; Support the Front Desk in the daily operations, according to the company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times; Follow-up with central reservations department in case of missing correspondance; Maintain professional relationship with Guests and Colleagues; Anticipate Guests' needs; Handle deposit and commisions paymentsRequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in front desk role in luxury hotels; Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure; Fluent in Italian and English. A third Language is required; High standards of service; Knowledge of Microsoft Office package; Good communication skills.
