ABOUT THE ROLEIn this role, you will:Be responsible for all guest communications and reservations for all Numa properties.Resolve inquiries received over the phoneHandle confidently individual and corporate guest requests in a friendly and satisfactory wayWork hand in hand with the rest of the Numa departments on complaint management, reporting any kind of issues, overbooking and relocation processes, etc.Be responsible for follow-up processes internally, with guests and other departments.Flexibility to work on weekendsWorking hours between 20:00-07:00 (GMT+1) / 19:00-06:00 (GMT)Work remotely based in PortugalABOUT YOUIdeally, you have:Secondary studies and professional studies, ideally oriented to Business or HospitalityPrevious experiences in Customer Support in a fast-paced work environment and/or in the hospitality industryAbility to empathetically comprehend and resolve complex issuesProven experience in good verbal and written communication Experience in managing multiple tasks and finding alternative solutions to unexpected problemsAbility to execute tasks at short noticeFluency in German and English is required (C1 level) ABOUT OUR OFFEREmpower your career: Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas help shape our future.
