The Marketing & Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting theVP of Marketing, Directors of Operations and TMG restaurants in Guest Recovery and managing their Online Reputation.Among The Primary Responsibilities For This Role ArePost-Visit SurveysDistributes internal guest surveys to Operations daily.Social MediaResponds to Guests in real-time on all review sites and social media platforms.Monitors Direct Messages on Facebook and Instagram.Operations SupportSends Guest recovery letters.Fulfills loyalty card and hospitality kit orders.OtherSpecial projects as needed.The Ideal Candidate Possesses The Following Skills & AbilitiesRestaurant experience REQUIREDExcellent organization, problem solving, written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter capable of working independentlyAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent listening skillsStrong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environmentCan operate with a high level of confidentialityCapable of multitasking and managing tight deadlinesGrace under pressureExercises sound judgmentHOSPITALITYWe take great pride in ensuring all guests receive a warm and memorable experience leaving them feeling better than when they came in.
