About The FlexAt The Flex, we’re on a mission to transform the global rental experience.Renting a home should be as easy as buying something on Amazon — simple, fast, and borderless.Our proprietary Property Management System (PMS) powers this vision, creating seamless guest experiences and hassle-free operations for landlords.We’re building a dynamic team of A-Players — ambitious, proactive individuals who thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.Position: Guest Experience RepresentativeAs a Guest Experience Representative at The Flex, you’ll be the face of our brand for both guests and landlords.You’ll ensure every interaction — from booking to checkout — is smooth, personal, and professional.You’ll handle inquiries, support reservations, and use our in-house PMS tools to deliver efficient, five-star service.This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and tech.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Support: Respond promptly to guest and landlord inquiries via email, chat, and phone.Booking Assistance: Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS.Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest issues quickly while ensuring a positive experience.Knowledge Management: Record guest feedback and solutions to help improve processes.Collaboration: Work closely with operations and tech teams to flag recurring issues and suggest improvements.Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays and strengthen relationships with returning guests and landlords.What We’re Looking ForExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Previous customer service experience — ideally in hospitality, real estate, or tech.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.Tech-savvy, with experience using PMS, CRM, or chat systems.Problem-solving mindset, with empathy and patience.Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.Why Join The FlexBe part of a company redefining the global rental experience.Work with a supportive, ambitious, and international team.Clear path for career growth as we scale globally.Competitive compensation package.Remote-first, flexible work environment.
