Guest Experience Specialist – Bird Nest📍 Cairo, Egypt | Full-TimeAt Bird Nest, we create and develop unique hospitality concepts — offering top-notch property management services to owners and delivering unforgettable, wellness-focused experiences to our guests.We’re looking for a Guest Experience Specialist to join our growing hospitality team and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, high-quality stay from check-in to check-out. This role is all about creating meaningful connections, anticipating needs, and turning each stay into a memorable Bird Nest experience.What You’ll DoEnsure a smooth and personalized guest journey across pre-check-in, check-in, stay, and check-out.Communicate proactively with guests before arrival, sharing key details and support contacts.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations to ensure units meet Bird Nest standards.Respond promptly to guest requests, feedback, and issues across various channels.Conduct check-ins and check-outs with professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.Gather guest feedback and share insights to enhance service quality and experience.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer experience roles.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you love making people feel at home.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.Why Bird Nest?Join a fast-growing, design-driven startup redefining hospitality in the region.Be part of a passionate team that values creativity, ownership, and excellence.Work in an environment that encourages growth and continuous learning.Play a key role in shaping memorable guest experiences that make a lasting impact.
