As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impressionHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficientlyCoordinate with various departments to ensure guest needs are metProvide information about hotel services, local attractions, and activities in NairobiAssist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth process for guestsMaintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel management systemAnticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistanceResolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory mannerPromote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience and increase revenueEnsure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer serviceQualificationsExcellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plusPrevious experience in hospitality or customer serviceBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferredStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailComputer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and hotel management softwareFamiliarity with hotel operations and guest service standardsKnowledge of local attractions and services in NairobiAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProfessional appearance and friendly demeanorEmpathetic and supportive attitude towards guestsAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust be able to work in NAIROBIAdditional InformationYour Team And Working EnvironmentIn 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the cultureNote: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permitsOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
