The hotel provides an ideal base for both business and leisure travelers. Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in Mount Isa, QLD. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for greeting guests, handling reservations, checking guests in and out, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Additional tasks include handling guest inquiries and complaints, processing payments, and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. Qualifications Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and work under pressureKnowledge of reservation systems and proceduresProblem-solving skills and attention to detailFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysFamiliarity with local attractions and services is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus
