Guest Service Agent

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marrakesh for a Guest Service Agent. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests to plane thier stay and also upon arrival, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, providing information about facilities and services, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role also involves processing payments and ensuring guests have a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service experience and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systemsMultilingual skills are a plusExcellent organization and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPrevious experience in the hospitality industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferredFluent on French and English
