Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Barsha Heights is now looking for a Guest Service Agent to join their team!Job descriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Guest Service Agent role based in Dubai. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and responding to inquiries. The role also includes assisting guests with their needs, providing information about the hotel's services, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. The role requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to address guest requests promptly and professionally.Experience neededStrong interpersonal, communication and customer service skillsProficiency in managing reservations, check-in, and check-out proceduresAbility to handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns effectivelyBasic technical skills related to hospitality management systems and softwareAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environmentPrevious experience in a similar role in a hotel is preferredFluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
