Each space in the hotel boasts a strong character and local charm, creating a sense of arrival and belonging.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Georgetown for a Guest Services Manager. The Guest Services Manager will oversee daily operations, manage guest satisfaction and ensure high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include supervising the front desk, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. The manager will also handle receptionist duties and effective communication with guests and staff.QualificationsSupervisory Skills and Receptionist DutiesCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsEffective Communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience in the hospitality industryBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldExperience with hotel management software is a plus
