Are you a passionate sales leader ready to take the reins in one of Sydney’s most exciting and award-winning visitor destinations?Symbio Wildlife Park is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Guest Services team across Retail and Admissions, driving sales while ensuring an unforgettable visitor experience.About The RoleAs Guest Services Sales Manager, you will oversee both our Admissions and Retail teams, maximising revenue through innovative sales strategies, effective stock management, and inspiring leadership. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll thrive on being out on the floor with your team, coaching, motivating, and watching your strategies come to life.Key Responsibilities IncludeLeading, training and developing a young, enthusiastic sales team.Delivering exciting sales service and strategies to drive admissions, memberships, retail sales, and upselling opportunities.Monitoring performance against KPIs and preparing regular sales and stock reports.Managing retail operations, stock control, and POS systems.Ensuring every visitor enjoys a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience.This is a full-time role with weekend and public holiday shifts on a roster system (Sundays – Thursdays). Perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their week and wants to be part of the energy of a busy wildlife park.About YouWe’re looking for someone who lives and breathes sales.
