Position Type: Seasonal Contract, Part-Time and Full-Time Positions AvailableHours of Work: Variable - Monday through Sunday, days and evenings (closed Tuesdays) – Holidays, as requiredLocation: Orono, OntarioReporting to: Guest Services Supervisors, Guest Services Coordinator and Guest Services ManagerStart Date: December 2025 (Training may begin November 2025)At Brimacombe ski area we don’t just offer skiing and snowboarding, we offer a place for all ages to get outside, enjoy the fresh air and create memorable family experiences! We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories.As part of our Guest Services department you will play a key role in creating unforgettable customer experiences, as well as defining the culture of our team.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome all guests, taking the initiative to interact with and engage guests in conversation Use your knowledge of Brimacombe to ensure guests are provided with all the information and options for their experience on the slopesDemonstrate exceptional customer service ensuring positive guest interactions and experiencesTake responsibility for guest enquiries/concerns/complaints in your area and deliver support in the prevention/resolution of customer issuesReview all directed communications and take the initiative to stay informed of all Brimacombe activities including promotions, special events and marketing campaigns as well as updates to procedures/policiesPromote and process sales of memberships, rental equipment, lift tickets, food purchases, Snow School services and more while following Brimacombe's cash handling proceduresEnsure optimal guest comfort through active cleaning of the Chalets and specific outbuildings, including but not limited to floors, tables, washrooms, garbages, restocking condiments & amenities, etc.Assist in tracking all incoming and outgoing lost and found itemsTake on any challenge or help other team members when needed Qualifications14 years of age or olderCustomer satisfaction-orientedProfessional, energetic, outgoing and dependable team playerAble to multi-task and show attention to detailStrong communication and time management skillsPrevious experience in a customer service, cash handling and/or cashier experience is an asset but not requiredBasic knowledge and comfort with computers including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale softwareGood with numbers (mathematical skills)To ApplyPlease complete an electronic application by clicking the APPLY button associated with this posting.
