Job Description

Description Guidance is building a new fast-casual restaurant in Erbil. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at our fast-casual dining establishment in Erbil. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and maintaining high culinary standards. Other responsibilities include ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, training and mentoring kitchen staff, and managing inventory and costs to optimize operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in fast-casual or fast food commercial settings is a must.
