Guidewire Developer We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer to join our team and contribute to a large-scale, complex Guidewire implementation program. In this role you will: Develop, configure, and integrate Guidewire features Collaborate with teams and clients to define and deliver business requirements Support system integrations and performance optimization Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies Contribute to CI/CD setup, automated testing, and best practicesThe location of this role is Espoo, but we operate in a flexible hybrid model. Our diverse teams decide for themselves which flexible working practices suit them best. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Proven experience in Guidewire development, including configuration and integrationProficiency in Gosu programming language and Guidewire development framework, experience with Java Over 2 years of experience with SW development tools like: Gunit, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Agile Methodologies, Jira, Confluence, Postman, Splunk, SoapUI, Swagger Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) Strong understanding of software engineering practices, including version control, CI/CD, and automated testing Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Ability to work effectively in a distributed, international environment and directly with clients.
