Jobdesc:Develop and implement programs to teach skills to children in orphanages, kids from low income commaunities and slum areasCreate learning modules written in Bahasa Indonesia (or English if needed)Create and ensure effective teaching methodsTeaching or presenting materials in a fun wayDeveloping modules, syllabi, and workshop materialsRequirement:Bachelor of Science EducationHaving experience as a teacher or shadow teacher or teacher internAged between 20-30 years.Physically and mentally healthy.Energetic and cheerful personality.Supportive and think positively.Ready to collaborate within a team.Willing to WFO at the Foundation (Bintaro Sector 7, South Tangerang) if neededAvailable to work onsite on weekends/public holidays if neededCreative in preparing game-related materials for children's group learning.Experience in teaching children and enjoys playing with them.Has a background in pedagogical education for preparing teaching materials, modules, and curricula.Understands the world of children and effective learning patterns for children's groups.Domiciled in South Tangerang or around Tangerang would be preferredPrefer have previous experience in community outreach, education, or a related fieldHave interest in social work and educationStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Basic understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the education sector.
